Default Is Obama a Socialist attacking Big Banking?

Those poor, deserving job creators are being crippled by government regulation, aren't they?

U.S. sues Bank of America for $1 billion

The lawsuit alleged that the company loosened its standards for making loans while telling Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which were buying loans from Countrywide, that standards were getting tighter.

So should BoA be allowed to do as it likes?

    Ask Obama.
    Ask the bailout supporters.

I tell everyone I know to stop using BoA. My employer still uses them and thus my paychecks are BoA. I give him a hard time every payday. LOL

I want BoA to go out of business, but that will never happen with people like you who supported the notion of banks being "too big to fail".

If you supported the bailout, you have no business asking "should BoA be allowed to do as it likes?".
You've already told them they can do as they like

didn't some democrats in congress demand that banks lower their standards to make more home loans available to people that were lower income?
In a combat situation it is about 16 times better to do something useful and violent right away than to wait and figure out something even more useful and violent later.

You think that's why the government is suing BoA for $1 billion now?

Did you support the bank bailout or did you think the banks should be allowed to go under?
