    Default Wedding Gifts for Obama

This will save me the trouble of having to register. I'll just have everyone send their money to Obama.

    Jeebus, he seems desperate. Seriously.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Seems innovative to me. My girlfriends and I donate monies to charity instead of gift exchanges, support families at Mas, etc, why not instead support your favorite political campaign, if it is what you wish.

It's no more desperate than Romney cuddling up with Trump and Adelson. Obama brought in shitloads of cash in small numbers for 08. He still will this year, but with the horrid CU out there and folks like the previously mentioned greedy bastards he needs to resort to their tactics.

I'm far more impressed with the schoolteacher or veteran who votes and donates with their heart.

No way! A politician, desperate to raise as much money as they can? That's a shocker.

You brand new to to this "politics" thing, or what?

Is this a sign of desperation, too?

Top contributors to the Mitt Romney presidential campaign spend three days at what is billed as a 'senior leadership retreat' in Deer Valley.
