If you so economically illiterate that you cannot see the potential danger for the US then there is no hope for you. The EU is the largest trading bloc in the world, bar none, and the potential for an even worse rerun of 2008 is plainly palpable to those that have eyes to see.

I predict that the timebomb is primed and ready to go off around about the time of the US elections unless something is done pretty soon.

and the election of Obama for another term will be the detonator........so vote accordingly....
    Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.

Good question, they will obviously take a hit but there is also the other side where a bear market provides opportunities as well. Of course, if we end up in an extended stagflation scenario like Japan did in the '90s then who knows? As the Chinese say we live in interesting times.

But then; unlike you, I have faith in the ability of my country to pull together and work towards moving forward.
Whereas, it appears that Europe will just spiral back to the dark ages.

At least I'm not trying to use public opinion to lynch someone, like the liberal moonbats are trying.
The new liberal moonbat mantra: "Fuck the evidence, we want vengance".
