    90 year old woman locks cop in the basement after being thrown around the room, searching basement without a warrant. city settles for 95k.

    In the past two fiscal years, the city has paid out $16.8 million in claims against the Police Department.

We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

    more like city cowardice. refusing to discipline their police force has cost them almost 17 million dollars over two years.
    A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
