Default Will Teabaggers gain or lose seats in 2012?

What about those tax increases that the Tea Party had been claiming victory over?

A Politico story says the appointment of a committee to oversee future budget changes could have the power to raise taxes. “GOP lawmakers and aides say the super committee could recommend tax increases.”

A Wall Street Journal story earlier also said that the tax increase issue had not yet been resolved.

Most people who voted for baggers have come to understand that the 'movement' is only about protecting the Koch brothers (who actually started and funds the 'movement') and giving tax breaks to Paris Hilton. The tea movement stands to tear down our society and drive us down into a 3rd world country, I predict there will be backlash. Look at Wis, OH and all the recalls happening now. Even the mormons in Mesa Az are rebelling against their leaders.
"The Pearce-Lewis battle will play out on the fault line in the Republican Party that separates the hard right wing from more moderate factions..."

Thinking people have come to realize the 'movement' is just a shill for special interests and the corporate take over of the govt.

the anti tea baggers are usually stundents and left wing hacks like those above.

Years ago (yes I'm older than dirt) the public sector grads made a lot less than private sector.
Since this recession that has all change, those who ignore it will have the wave hit them like it did in Wisconsin.

    geez, talk about fantasy.

serious thinking people see that the current 'movement' is being hijacked. 12 will see more serious people jumping on board and dumping establishment republicans.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Of course conservatives have always been against any form of unionized labor, always have been. Worker insecurity and keeping the population in poverty is a mainstay of conservatism. Don't worry old pot head, the next election will put a stake in the baggers 'movement'. Of course there's billions of communist chinese money ready to back the baggers and influence the next election with Murdoch propaganda and lies but hopefully the people who voted for the radical right have had a good look at what they voted for and have realized their mistake.

Yea right, grandparents have seen what this radical corporatist movement wants to do with their SS and medical plans. You guys are toast. We'll wipe twice and flush this movement into history.

"the voters in Pennsylvania have join the voters of Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Florida, and Georgia. These voters would like to fire their governors, and if last November's election could be done over, the states would have gone to the Democrats."

Yea, the teabag party is very popular with voters who actually pay attention, it shows in their poll numbers and the amount of ongoing recalls! Lame 5th grade attacks on me doesn't change the fact that teabaggers have shown their true corporate colors and the public is wising up.

College and blow jobs don't have a damn thing to do with anything and you know it. The thread is about teabaggers winning or losing power remember? didn't think so.

    1. El Duderino

Description of a forum moderator who lets the power go to his head. This person was most likely picked on in school so he seeks revenge by
using his mod powers to harass members with greater intelligence and wit.
An El Duderino is very thin-skinned and can't handle any criticism what-so-ever.
    Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.
