    Default Gun confiscation by police

An 80-year-old Flushing, Michigan man unintentionally fired his handgun while practicing the motion of brandishing his gun and pulling the trigger.

The man told police he keeps the gun in a safe in his closet and occasionally gets the gun out to practice drawing the weapon.

He thought the 9mm handgun was unloaded, but when he pulled the trigger, the gun shot out a window in his bedroom.

He was so shaken up when he tried to put the gun down, he fired again, hitting his bed.

Police took the handgun and a shotgun the man had for safekeeping.

michigan open carry is on this, never fear.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.
