First of all, I think they are not alien life forms, and what you see is probably very easily explained. My first impression was 'space junk' because there is so much of it floating around in the outer atmosphere, and I am pretty sure it sometimes collides with other space junk out there, and stuff goes flying around. The video shows 'raw footage' which appears to be this sort of a thing, space junk just floating all around in space.. but then we see the 'with velocity trails' portion... I think this is digital enhanced effects, which is being applied to all objects moving in the video... the problem is, a lot of what you 'see' moving in the video, isn't really there, it is (once again) light refraction from the sun shining off the junk, crossing through the lens in an obscure way, and making a 'ghost' appearance in the video. The digital enhancement doesn't know to recognize that, it just digitizes those 'velocity trails' too, and you have what you have.
