I eat a pretty health diet. Lots of fruits, vegies and fiber. Twice a week I alow myself to sin. I can have a fried food meal on one day (usually Tuesdays as BW3 has half price on wings that night) and then the Weekend I'll have one sinful meal with lots of fat and meat or I'll go to a place like the Cheese Cake factory for a full out meal and be damned if I want some skinny drink!
