Those are pretty high end fixed gear track bikes their riding too. I used to have one of those as a in town bike and it was stable as hell. You could just lean back in the seat and pop a wheelie and ride down the road that way no problem. With both wheels on the ground you could cook too....but god help you if you hit a big hill or a stiff head wind. I've always wanted to ride a fixie on a velodrome.
