Default The Biden’s When Can We Call it Bribery

“Well, how about “bribery”? In Biden’s case, there is no need for creative legal argumentation. Biden’s crime is right there in the list set out in Constitution Article II, Section 4:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Then prove it. It is not even charged because it is not true. But you believe. That is all the proof you need.

You too? I'm in good company. We can call it bribery when you prove that President Biden accepted a bribe. That's, ah, I don't know, kind of obvious? I must be missing something.

Barr and Durham found nothing, they even went to Italy hoping to dig up dirt on Biden , but they didn’t find dirt on Biden, they found it on Trump and buried it.

LOL, he is like one of those popup clowns. Always comes back for more, but a lightweight. There are a couple of them that just look for my posts and try to get the best of me. They need to pick a different weight class.

Part of the problem is that the networks still refuse to report the news, I actually heard a host on MSNBC who, after interviewing a nutty Republican who talked about the 'Biden crime family', thanked him for coming on and giving us the other side.

THERE IS NO OTHER SIDE. It's time to stop allowing people to come on your network and lie without calling them a liar.

Agreed, where is the evidence linking Pres. Biden? I’ll be the first to ask him to resign if he is indicted.

Yep. I immediately said Menendez should step down. But the GOP has a serial liar and indicted felon shooting off his mouth about President Biden, and his colleagues don't say a word.

I watched Cassidy Hutchinson on Lawrence O'Donnell last night. If you haven't seen it, you should find it and watch. The courage, honesty, and integrity of a 27 year old woman stands in sharp contrast to the gutless, spineless cowards in Congress. She is a shining example of grace under fire. Her story is compelling, and what she did, and more importantly how she came to do it, is remarkable. And to see hateful, ignorant people attack her makes me sick. I am comforted by my belief that their fifteen minutes is up.

I recorded it and watched it this morning. It was an excellent interview and she’s the type of young lady that the GOP should base their future on, but unfortunately, they rather have MTG and Boobert.

I had the same thought. I can also see her teaming up with Michelle Obama on the 'Save Democracy' theme. Wouldn't that drive their heads to a point? I'm serious, I would not be surprised to see it. History is going to be kind to her. As it should be.

The framers should have been smart enough to know

that with the fakakta form of government they created

    from scratch,

very probably in an opium pipe stupor from all appearances,

the time had to eventually come when the president, at the very least,

    would be impeached

    or threatened to be impeached

    for some contrived reason

every time his political rivals control the House of Representatives.

    No senate convictions so far.
and I'm not holding my breath
    waiting for one of those.

Fascinating interview, for sure. I was really struck by her account of how hard it was to pull away from the Trump cult - she almost made it sound like a spell people are under, and that she had to break through.

All of the people who speak out against Trump are subjected to the worst from the cult. It takes enormous courage to do it.

That is what Dems do. They do not protect crooks. Menendez is the latest example. The Dems want him to resign. Ask Franken about what the Dems did and he was not breaking laws.
