That's how the global medical community determines the presence of life, ya know...
Yup. It has human DNA, thus making it human. It also has a heartbeat, thus making it a living human.
Do you still beat your wife? Not worth debating.

". more specifically, a living human. Heartbeat (living) + human DNA (human) = living human.'
AND
'What about recognizing that a fetus with a heartbeat and human DNA is a living human?'
Seem pretty similar to me. Just sayin'
Correct. This is an objective, legal, constitutional question. IBD instead turns into a quivering pile of emotionally overwrought goo. There is no right to life in the Constitution. If there was, states would not be able to have capital punishment laws. The fact is that the rights of the fetus (due process, etc) are in direct competition with the right to privacy for the mother. These conflicts often occur, and the solution that the court established in Roe seemed like an acceptable and popular one.
IBD is here to lecture you about his moral superiority, at the same time he posts dozens of death porn pictures. His crying and whining is laughable. And the poster you are addressing is his sock. It couldn't be more obvious.

Can't read many posts on this thread, but I'll open up the original one with this:
It doesn't matter, and has never mattered up until this point,
what's true in anything that can be viewed from a political perspective.
We decide what truth fits into our world view,
and we stick to it.
Minds are not changed.
In reality, usually, there is in fact an absolute truth, and at minimum,
one view at least
is completely wrong. Even batshit crazy wrong in some [perhaps many] instances.
Truth as related to reality is almost never a factor, however, in the final disposition of the matter being discussed.
Perhaps when humans someday, with further continued evolution,
approach the intelligence of my Avatar,
we'll get closer to using the truth in some functional way.
Be certain that none of us will live to see that, however.
We'll nonetheless discuss the subject, but it's all just for shits and giggles.
Trust me on this one.
