- The President CAN declassify anything he wants... TRUE.
- The President CANNOT take anything he wants that he does not declassify simply because he could have declassified if he wanted to ... TRUE.
- Even if declassified (which they were not) they are still government documents that the POTUS cannot take without getting approval first... True
Result, even if declassified (they were not) Trump had no legal right to take them and is breaking the law in doing so. FACT.

Anthony Weiner, the pervert, had Hillary’s classified documents on his computer.
No prosecution…equal treatment under the law.
Sure.
But the problem is having the power to do something is not the same as doing that thing.
We know that Trump DID NOT declassify them, despite having the power to do so, and that is criminal and needs to be prosecuted.
Plus even if declassified they are still government docs and he still cannot take them as that is still against the law.
here is something Trumpderps cannot comprehend... 'classification of the documents is irrelevant to the legality of taking them or not'. 'Classification' may add secondary crimes ON TOP of the crime of taking gov't docs. Trump broke numerous laws here.

A custody dispute, a misdemeanor…
No, in FACT, they were not.
Stop lying.
I like this new admission that 'Trump is guilty but so too was Hilary so that is why he should walk'.
Yes your honor, I did steal, but so did others who got away with it, therefore this court should not prosecute any thefts.
Case closed.
Only Trumpderps think that defense makes sense. FLOL.

The president has the power to declassify, he said he declassified them.
Trump says he declassified Mar-a-Lago documents. ...

Aug 12, 2022 — Allies of former President Donald Trump say that any sensitive White House documents he brought with him to his Mar-a-Lago estate had been declassified.
Stop lying.
The Hildabeast was guilty of storing classified documents on her server and destroying the hard drive and ignoring a subpoena before she destroyed the hard drive.
A clear case of obstruction of evidence and obstruction vofcjustice.
