HE was prosecuted, right? Conviction is not guaranteed. How long did O.J. Spend in the slammer for murdering his wife?

Well, you can't exactly accuse anyone of a RUSH TO JUDGEMENT can you?

This thing has taken 6 years just to get us to this point!

I was happy to have predicted this 6 years ago!

And for 6 years you deplorables have been laughing in my face!

    Well who is laughing now?

    Sorry Charlie!

But the Democrats didn't start this!

This precedent was established starting with the arrest of John Edwards back in 2011 for doing the same thing!

Following his 2008 presidential campaign, Edwards was indicted by a federal grand jury on June 3, 2011, on six felony charges of violating multiple federal campaign contribution laws to cover up an extramarital affair to which he eventually admitted.

When Edwards was accused, the Court system acknowledged it was a crime, he was just found not guilty of that crime.

What Edwards did was more remote than what happened with Trump, but not sure if it will result in a conviction or not.

If Trump is able to squiggle out of this in court- Fine- Because that is how the law works sometimes and we will all have to accept it.

But, I believe other more serious indictments are coming as early as next week anyway, so this one will end up taking a back seat!

The focus will then shift to HIS FEDERAL Felonious CRIMES!

I know crimes have to be prosecuted.
My main point is that I want to see the greater crimes proven as I'm sure that they exist.

I don't have strong confidence in getting convictions as it only requires one trumpanzee on a jury of twelve to prevent that.
Still, all the facts will become public.

Even though that's probably an unavoidable business expense in every state,
it's also probably not an approved deduction..

Yes, I am aware of hung juries! But, I also know that mistrials can be tried all over again- as many times as it takes sometimes.

Donnie has finally got himself stuck and bogged down in a glue trap now, and he will never get out of all of it!

So keep the faith in our Justice system!

    Thanks!

i don't think New York State will spend a hundred million dollars to collect a quarter-million dollar fine,
but I suppose that it is possible.

Let's wait and see what is all on the docket and the Indictment before we even give this a 2nd thought!

I have a feeling the case of the $150,000 Hush Money to McDougal will also end up on the Docket!

We have not seen the indictment yet, and there may be so many felonies there, the state will have no choice but to pursue an eventual conviction!

We will probably see the indictment as soon as Donnie meets his new Judge in court- as early as next week, unless Donnie goes on the lam and becomes a fugitive!
