"Fox poll shows Trump’s lead over DeSantis growing"
"A new Fox News poll released Wednesday showed former President Donald Trump widening his lead over Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in a hypothetical GOP primary race."
"Trump was the top pick for 54 percent of respondents, who were asked to choose from a list of potential 2024 Republican presidential nominees. DeSantis came in as a distant second pick, with 24 percent of the vote."

Must be fabricating a lie that you are about to get indicted outweighs the Woke agenda with the lemmings, they always swallowed Trump's martyr role
Trump owns the GOP, and Democrats love it, going to be nice watching Murdoch and the rest run quickly to kiss Trump's ass

They’re doing something new in Republican primaries this year, don’t know if it will stick but we’ll see. The candidates have to earn delegates by winning individual state races. They will no longer choose a winner based on what national polls say months in advanced.
Polling is always fluid but for state races DeSantis is leading in early states like Iowa and California.
I’m assuming the selecting the winner via a poll is sarcasm, but as unimportance as polls are, it just shows a general attitude for the moment. And if DeSantis does make a serious run, Trump is never going to concede, he’ll split the party down the middle before he declares himself a loser. As I said, he’s the Democrats dream
True, right now he is running about 43% approval, and most Democrats wish he didn’t pursue another term, myself included largely cause of the age thing, but if he decides on running, he won’t be challenged. Which makes a Trump nomination the Democrats dream, everything Trump, from the lies to 1/6 will be echoed, creating the same choice America had back in 2020. Wish it not true, but what I see as the reality
This is a pretty knee-jerk observation - but I don't think he's ready for prime time.
I thought he had the goods to prevail over Trump, but it just has the look of so many "promising" candidates we've seen who stumbled all over the place once they got on the national stage. He's just not ready. Trump will "Jeb Bush" him pretty quickly once the debates really start.

Could very well be, another Wisconsin Walker, he was the flavor of the month back in 2015.
DeSantis has never been on the national stage, as a major candidate he will undergo full time attention by the media, and his aggressive stance toward the media in Florida won’t help him win votes in a federal race. Uncertain how his woke agenda sells. Besides, he will have to weather the full personal assault of Trump and his advocates.

This illegal illegitimate regime that runs America is at fault...not me.... they do not represent me and I have long objected to their crimes against humanity.
