Bulimia is an eating disorder. Anorexia Nervosa is also an eating disorder. They are not "diseases".

They are not pathogen related. Mental health disorders are not the same thing as diseases. Alcoholism is also not a disease in the pathogen sense. It is an addiction. Addictions can kill, compulsions can kill, diseases can kill but that does not make them the same things. Not all things that kill are disease.

I don’t believe that all diseases are pathogen related. I guess I simply have a broader definition for disease.
