Reagan was an actor. He acted like a man of the people, but delivered on the boilerplate hard Right issues.
He removed Carter's solar panels in a message to Big Oil that there was a new sheriff in town. He ultimately harmed the economy with his tax cuts and free money for crooked developers. It took a few years for his damage to come to fruition, which unfortunately for Bush landed directly in his lap. Once the facade was gone, the savings and loan industry was destroyed

That is quite the rant sir. (And historians are already ranking him after two years? With all due respect to them, I'm a fan of the traditional approach of waiting until someone is out of office and then waiting even longer after that - then fully judging their Presidency.)
You are of course free to believe Biden will beat any Republican. Time will eventually tell us who is correct. But I'm happy to lay some money down if you would like (assuming the candidate isn't Trump. Biden would wipe the floor with him.)

That'll happen again. Like most elections, it's about voter turnout. When only 2/3s of American voters turnout to vote, that leaves millions of votes at home.

Demographics
Overall, U.S. voters tend to be older, wealthier, more educated, and identify as White than nonvoters. Other demographic differences relate to:
- Age: Young people are much less likely to vote than older ones. Citizens between the ages of 18 and 29 typically turn out at a rate more than 10 points lower than those who are 30 and older.
- Race/ethnicity:White people are more likely to vote than people of color. In 2020, turnout among eligible White voters was estimated at 71%; On the other hand, turnout among Black voters and Latino voters was estimated at 63% and 54% respectively.
- Gender: Women are more reliable voters than men. Women’s turnout has surpassed men’s in every presidential election since 1980. In the 2020 election, 68% of eligible women voters cast a ballot, compared to 65% of eligible male voters.
- Socioeconomic status: Wealthy Americans vote at much higher rates than those who earn lower incomes. In the 2020 presidential election, turnout was 81% among people whose income was $100,000 – $149,999, compared to 63.6% for those whose income was $30,000 – $39,999. This difference affects public policy: Studies show that Politicians are more likely to respond to the desires of their wealthy constituents than of their lower-income constituents, in part because their wealthy constituents are more likely to vote.

I would agree that it's a bit early to be ranking a sitting president however some of them have and there is no question he will be way ahead of Trump.
The Siena College Research Institute (SCRI) Survey of U.S. Presidents is based on responses from 141 presidential scholars, historians and political scientists that responded via mail or web to an invitation to participate. Respondents ranked each of 45 presidents on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) on each of twenty presidential attributes, abilities and accomplishments. Overall rankings were computed by assigning equal weight to each of those twenty categories.
Siena’s 7th Presidential Expert Poll 1982 – 2022
Top five remain unchanged; FDR, Lincoln, Washington, Teddy Roosevelt & Jefferson
Worst five again – Andrew Johnson, Buchanan, Trump, Harding & Pierce
Biden enters ranking 19th, LBJ Moves into Top Ten, Obama 11th, Ike firmly 6th, Ronald Reagan rated 18th.
Joseph Biden enters the ranking after only a year in office at 19th rated highly on his ability to compromise (9th), court appointments (10th), executive appointments (10th) and integrity (12th)

That they accuse you of what they are doing themselves, every...single...time
Is America suffering economically? Not much, but Florida is worse off than the rest of America. Florida used to be low income/low cost of living. It was a great place to go to when you were starting out, because it was cheap, and you were not worrying about making much money. Now it is low income/high cost, which is a real problem.
Beyond that, DeSantis is running for President (he has not announced, but he is doing everything else but announce). This is the time to say what he would do about inflation, and other national issues. Iowa does not care what he is doing about (or more likely failing to do about) hurricane preparedness.
Instead, he rants against homosexuals, teachers, and immigrants. He is proud he kidnapped legal immigrants (and one US citizen), and claims the US Army had to rescue them(didn't happen).
