I notice that to date no one has disproven or debunked one item from the OP.

Instead, we get detours and dodges all over the political social spectrum.

    Very telling, is it not?

The Constitution speaks for itself. The Constitution is the authoritative reference of the Constitution. You just want to deny it. A vote of impeachment is not impeachment. It must be delivered to the Senate to be an impeachment. It is not possible to impeach someone that is not in office.
Still you cling to the falsehood that impeachment itself means anything. You consider it a conviction.

The Constitution does speak for itself.

    The House of Representatives
shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

The Constitution when it speaks says nothing about the impeachment doesn't occur until it is delivered to the Senate. The Constitution says it is ONLY the House that has the power of impeachment. Nowhere does it say that the power requires interaction with anyone else.

    The Constitution also says
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.
That doesn't say the impeachment doesn't occur until they receive something from the House.

That would be you all right. Repetitious.

But the interesting part of it is you keep claiming you are right and can't point to anywhere in the Constitution that supports your idiotic opinion. And when I keep pointing to the exact part that clearly states that the House has the sole power of impeachment with no requirement that the Senate be sent the impeachment you accuse me of fallacies.

This is the exact part of the Constitution that would point to your argument being nothing but bullshit.

You are so full of shit. If you like I can produce once again a list of every trump associate who has been indicted, gone to jail, left office under a cloud, been dismissed for crime or corruption. It's a very long list, my sweetie.
Then we have Trump himself, twice impeached, under criminal investigation in 4 different jurisdictions, and there is so much more.

OJs character always tried to do the right thing. When the others showed up, he was already done in. Your error is thinking I seek your approval.
