    Woodward taped the interviews. Is Trump claiming that wasn't him? Too funny. Thanks for the laugh.

    So this "twump" is Woodward's hallucination, then?

    The problem is that Woodward repeatedly lies to defame the last legitimate president. The lack of integrity by the DNC controlled press is legendary - Stalin's Russian and Hitler's Reich had more a more accurate news media than the democrat Reich press.

    Woodward has a long history of lies and demagoguery - he even smeared Obama - and got smacked down for it.

    He figured with the insanity of the democrat Reich - he could tell any lie he wanted to make up - now he has to answer for those lies in court.

    Trump - 'How dare you quote me from an interview I agreed to'

    You can't make this stuff up. It's surreal.

    How could Woodward make up Trump's voice on tape? The suit is because Woodward put the actual tapes of him talking to Trump into an audiobook.

    Trump tried to claim he has a copyright on tapes Woodward made. That is nonsense.
    Trump tried to claim he only agreed to one book when he agreed to be interviewed. Unless there is a written contract, Woodward can do what he wants with the tapes.

    Trump is the one filing a frivolous lawsuit. He will lose.

    Then again, Mr. Trump has long failed to respect the distinction between public service and private gain. “Everything is mine,” he said in one interview in a near-whisper to Mr. Woodward.

    The problem is that Woodward blatantly lied about what Trump said.

    Trump has several problems in this suit though;

    1. We don't have a legitimate system of jurisprudence. Our courts are corrupt at an institutional level. George Soros, as the face of the ruling Oligarchs, has corrupted our courts at every level. Party members are not subject to laws. Trump will have to draw a judge that is not in the pocket of the Soros machine - about a 3 in 10 chance on an honest draw.

    2. Trump's lawyers must show actual harm. While there is no question that Woodward lied - in order for the court to apply a remedy, Trump must show that the slander by Woodward did either financial or professional harm. Trump can argue that the defamation by Woodward caused him to lose the election, but that would have to balance the claim that the massive fraud by the democrats caused his defeat versus the campaign of slander by Woodward.

    3. Trump is a public figure. The bar is set higher for defamation suits when the plaintiff is a public figure.
