Two protesters who firebombed a police car in Brooklyn in May 2020 have been sent to prison.
What's interesting is their backgrounds.
Colinford Mattis, a Black, Princeton educated corporate attorney, and his accomplace, Urooj Rahman, from India, a self-described social justice advocate, and housing assistance lawyer, were both sentenced to over a year in prison for firebombing a police car.

They should not have done that. They participated in the riots after BLM was attacked by the police. Where does it say they are members?

Lock those scumbags up! Hopefully they remember to bring their skirts and high heels with them...

The right to peacefully protest is critically important, but there is no excuse for violence and destruction, and those who plan, construct an incendiary device and commit such acts, should be harshly punished.
These folks should have gotten more time.

New York state is one of many--actually virtually all--that revokes a lawyer's license to practice if they are convicted of a felony. This means for both that their well-paid jobs are history and their careers ruined. It is fitting that such petulant elites get a smackdown when they do something stupid.
