Are GOP talking heads demanding a special council into Biden? Are they demanding all access to the files that were found at Pence’s property?
The GOP, the right’s, partisan rhetoric on classified documents couldn’t be anymore visible
Pence is as innocent as Biden in having old paperwork sitting around for a while. They both cooperated and the papers are back in the archives. Their cases are about nothing. They were misplaced. not stolen for a purpose. The FBI does not do anything in cases like theirs. They just get the paperwork back.

Their is bi-partisan support for a Senate Hearing to examine all of the classified documents discovered at Trump's, Biden's, and Pence's homes.
They will attempt to subpoena the Justice Department to acquire them.
But the Justice Department and the Special Council's are now trying to determine which documents are still Classified, and because not everyone on the Senate Hearing committee has the right security to view them, and some may already be evidence the Special Council's deem important enough to not share as discovery quite yet, this will probably be delayed until the Special Councils finish their reports.
So the Senate Committee may have to wait.
Since Pence and Biden's were discovered along the same lines and they were voluntarily handed over to, and working with the Justice Department and the National Archives department, they are similar cases, and may be combined and fall into the same investigation by the same Special Council now investigating Biden.
At this point, I am willing to say that as long as we have POLITICAL TROLLS chairing both the Senate and House Investigations now, who intend to do nothing but TROLL the investigations, the investigations in Congress are going to be nothing more than embarrassing Farting Contests for anyone else to have to watch!
Yep, the Republicans have got this thang' locked, loaded, and standing by- to use Donald Trump's terms!
It's like trying to play poker with a deck, with half the deck made up of TRUMP CARDS!

That's how it should have been but Garland felt he had to appoint a special counsel for Biden because he had for Trump even though the rules don't call for one in Biden's case since there is no evidence of a crime, just carelessness. Garland's legal mistake looks pretty big with Pence joining the parade.

It's not old paperwork, Marty, it's classified documents and Biden stored them in multiple non-secure locations, a federal crime. (the statute does not mention carelessness).
They do not belong to the FBI. They belong to the American people and are to be secured in secure locations, not in Biden's garage or his Corvette.
