Sounds like after the National Archive tried to publicly screw Trump over they suddenly and quietly decided to get other who had outstanding documents to return them. There is something about this story that does not smell right.
The fact is Pence had documents in his home, but he did the right thing. When Archives called, he looked into it and agreed they could come get them.
TO me that is an honest mistake that he did the right thing about.
