Default No thread about the mass shooting in CA

I'd consider this to be another alarming sign that we're just getting used to it, and are completely desensitized to it at this point.

There is really no end in sight on these things. How do we make them stop?

JPP liberals must getting lazy. Someone hurry up and politicize this. Surely you can use these dead people to say "we need to ban gunz!"

Why is it a sign of politicization that people would suggest controls on guns after a mass shooting?

Why didn't they suggest controls on knives after the Idaho stabbings?

Because America does not lead the world in the number of mass knife-attacks which happen weekly in this country.

The stats tell us that guns are a problem in this country.

There are other factors for this. But to take guns out of the discussion is nonsensical.

That stats tell us that millenials and Gen Z'ers are the problem.
"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."
    — Joe Biden on Obama.

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.

D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.

Private citizens are perfectly able of doing a better job without "apprenticing".

Criminals are the problem. Guns are inanimate objects.

We've always had criminals. Until recently, we have never had mass shootings on a weekly basis.

And by "recently" I assume you mean since about 1980, right? THAT recently?

America has the highest prison population on earth. If anyone was going to be safe just because criminals were being put away, we'd be the safest nation on earth.

But we still lead the planet in gun homicides.

Guess we haven't locked up enough people. Maybe we need to lock EVERYONE except you up, do you think that'd be the answer?
