Personal preference. After 12 years old, bangs should never be part of a look.
I'm sure there are psychological ramifications. Or some women just never decided to pull their hair back? Like a dude with a trump comb over.
Either way, that's the big joke in our house. Bangs should be outlawed after a certain age.
