Iran has long stated that it does NOT have a nuclear weapons program. The scurrilous Israeli fascists lie because they want a US/Iran war .No undeclared nuclear site, activity in Iran: AEOI chief
Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami says there is no undeclared nuclear activity or site in the country as already confirmed by the United Nations nuclear agency.
“We publicly announce that according to what the Agency itself has said, there is no undeclared nuclear activity or site in the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Eslami said.

Netanyahu is a liar and a war criminal- and he is nuclear-armed.

Iran Does Not Have Nuclear Weapons, But Here's Why Its Program Is at the Heart of the Crisis
Iran is not believed to possess nuclear weapons and officially has never sought them—although its top foes the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia are among those who argue that the Islamic Republic has always secretly wanted such a weapon of mass destruction. This dispute has been at the heart of a worsening Middle East crisis that flared up with the Pentagon's killing of a top Iranian military leader.
The assassination of Revolutionary Guard Quds Force commander Major General Qassem Soleimani along with top Iraqi militia figures Thursday in Baghdad came amid a series of deadly, tit-for-tat escalations that has worsened since President Donald Trump pulled out of a 2015 nuclear deal in May 2018. The accord granted Tehran billions of dollars in sanctions relief in exchange for severely restricting its nuclear activities. The agreement has since begun to unravel, with European powers struggling to normalize trade ties under threat of U.S. sanctions and Iran reducing its own commitments in response.
While Soleimani's death may be the most dramatic salvo in the U.S. and Iran's feud in some time, it was not at all the first blood shed throughout the two nations' complex, tortured history.

The United States probably has evidence for these claims obtained by questionable and possibly illegal means.
I don't subscribe to that;
There is no evidence Iran has weaponised nuclear program, says CIA chief

Yeah, because the CIA never does shady things. And the US definitely doesn't have orbital reconnaissance capabilities.
Lol. With your IP address and a careful analysis of your comment history for hints about your neighborhood, any moderately intelligent person can identify your house on Google Earth. And you think the CIA, with billions of dollars and extralegal authority, can't determine whether or not Iran is building a nuclear reactor? It's likely that the US has moles in the highest levels of the Iranian government. We probably have some backdoor dealings with NK, probably by way of Sweden or the Chinese, and know a lot more about the Iranians than is let on.
Iran would be within its rights to build a nuclear reactor- stupid though nuclear power has proven to be. So was Iraq, before the fascist Israelis bombed it , leading to many thousands of dead and disabled American service personnel in the Iraq wars.
The contention is that Israel claims that Iran has nukes- which it doesn't- while remaining silent on its own nukes- which it has plenty of.
That's not to say that continued Israeli attacks and US aggression will not force Iran to adopt a nuclear weapons program eventually- so a different attitude towards Iran is required. And a different attitude towards Israeli fascism, of course.
