An old classmate had one several years ago before he turned 60. He's doing fine now.
Use this as a wake up call. Watch your diet, regular exercise, take your meds, and yearly checkups.
I had a stroke 19 years ago this month and have no symptoms, in fact do a triathlon every June do keep me honest with my exercise during the winter.
