So you aren't a regular Christian? I'm not unlike you. I'm an atheist but I value some of the teachings of Jesus. I even see a lot of value in Christianity overall. I'm not into the "supernatural" stuff but the idea of caring for one another and loving my enemy is cool. I, like you, struggle with many of those ideals. But we both are working toward the same goal.
