A federal judge is holding a hearing Friday afternoon on the Justice Department's request to hold former President Donald Trump's office in contempt for failing to comply with a grand jury subpoena demanding the return of documents with classified markings, source familiar with the matter told NBC News.
A source familiar with the matter confirmed the DOJ's request, which was first reported by The Washington Post. The request comes after Trump's lawyers recently discovered at least two documents with such markings in a storage unit in West Palm Beach, Florida.

I can’t imagine a judge not granting this given the facts
Justice was willing to let Trump skate if he just returned the truckload of classified documents he stole. They even sat for 5 months waiting for him to do the right thing, ending his wrong thing. Trump refused. His lawyers lied.

Criminals are going to steal and lie about it unfortunately
The judge put it on hold. He apparently he does not want to make a historical decision on the ex prez. He asked them to get together and make an agreement.
I think the judge is female and an Obama appointee
She may want to cover all the corners
When trump gives them further shit she may likely go at it
