and it is only your penchant for spreading falsehood that causes you to deny it........

I will deny anything and everything you post until such time as you can prove it. That you never can.

Way less. In fact , ins. companies have far more safeguards and oversight in place. They have more incentive.
Commit fraud against them and they lose money. Commit fraud against govt., they just meander on.
Add to that, it takes an act of congress to fire a government employee, consequently a much higher percentage of them are content to show up ( or not) and collect a paycheck.
It’s very easy to commit fraud against the gubmint and get away with it. At least in medicine and dentistry.
I’ve seen it firsthand and still do.

Nope. Everyone there pays into it. It's the same as how insurance works. Basic economics. Read about it.

    $0.00

Maybe America is too stupid to figure it out.
We have the best government money can buy.

    Those on Medicaid don’t.
It’s why I proposed Moosecare a few years back. Universal health care that everyone pays in to and fair for everybody.
You can even choose your system - Medicare type where you can choose to be assigned to a low ambition, poorly paid gubmint employed doc at a VA type facility all the way up to self pay and choosing your own doc who provides care at competitive fees, and everything in between.
The key is that everyone is required to pay in to the system.
    It’s a brilliant plan!
In fact, as soon as I am anointed King, it will be a priority of my administration.
