American gun owners should pay a tax which goes into a fund designed to provide monetary help to surviving victims of American gun violence.

Anybody who thinks the constant slaughter of Americans is simply the price to be paid for Second Amendment freedom should back up their view with their own money to help pay that price.

-OR they should support meaningful gun control legislation before something more drastic happens and America votes to repeal the 2nd.

They should be forced to buy a large insurance plan for people shot and damage done.
