SCOTUS let them march in Skokie so I'm guessing yes.

OTOH, left-handers aren't a protected class so we can all be thrown out of restaurants for eating with the wrong hand.

The Skokie case was somewhat different. Their march was an exercise in free speech and did not conflict with any anti-discrimination laws. Some residents just objected and threatened violence. The required permit notified officials of the possible conflict so they could provide police protection.

I don't think the Nazis ever marched in Skokie.

I think you are right in that creed is a protected group--no group should be exempted from public accommodations laws.

I listened to the oral arguments for the case that refused to make a web site for gay weddings. An interesting point was that she didn't create a web site for each couple but simply provided a template and the couple entered their names, date, location, etc. She was not providing artistic or expressive work unique to each wedding.

Not a lawyer, only a retiree, but I do strongly support live and let live. Too many fucking busybodies causes problems.

Supporting the ancient American belief of minding one's own fucking business, it appears both major political parties disagree and seek to impose their views upon all Americans, regardless of political affiliation.

My party supports a saner, more centered approach:

God bless America and those who defend our Constitution.

i'm not the one crying, infant. maybe if you stamp your feet a little harder, your fantasies will come true.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

As you know, I can't stand you, but I do agree with you that Dutch Uncle is the farthest thing from a libertarian I have ever encountered.

    you're not a Libertarian.
Only criminals and traitors use the term "snitch" where honest citizens call it "civic duty to report criminal activity". I have no sympathy for when the FBI comes for your traitorous ass, Sgt. Doolittle.

Sadly, it appears you are all talk. You do nothing except talk from the safety of your keyboard. Your cowardice will save you from prison.

Then what am I, Diesel? You're a far lefty with a huge gay chip on your shoulder. You're so extreme you're in danger of going over the edge. Where do you place me on the political spectrum?
