I have had Gethsemani Farms before but I am pissed that they stopped making the trappist cheese that I got most years, and the last time I got the fruit cake I wondered if they had cheapened the recipe.......but that might have been me biased because I cant get the cheese that I adored anymore.
They said that they no longer have enough Monks to do it.
