I didn't word that very well. Most everything that we discuss, as it relates to philosophy, has to do with humans and our interactions with the world around us. Our interactions with the world around us ultimately come back to our consciousness, The functionality of our brains and how the world impacts us.

Agreed. Humans are limited by our own minds and bodies. How we perceive the world affects our behavior.

The MAGAts think Jews, African-Americans and other minorities are "replacing" them therefore the MAGAt reaction is motivated by fear.

When I think of philosophical questions or concepts, I think more along the lines of is it okay that we kill animals to eat them or why is it wrong to end the life of another person if they will never know that they are dead?

IMO, the line seems to be intelligent choice. Animals react. While some are smart enough to reason out some problems such as a pig figuring out how to throw a latch into the feed shed, they don't reason on the level of humans. Even apes lack this ability.

It's one thing to teach a gorilla to paint, but how many apes are creating wall paintings in the jungle? Horses can be taught to count to four with their hooves, but do they really know and understand the difference between 3 apples and 5?
God bless America and those who defend our Constitution.

Kind of. I think the second part is a philosophical question. But, whether you're talking about ethics or philosophy, it all comes back to the negative, positive or neutral experiences of conscience creatures.

Studying and understanding that certainly seems like an issue to be addressed by science.

I do not see how science has anything to do with it.

For example, why would it by unethical/immoral to painlessly kill someone in their sleep, when they would never "know" they are dead?
