No, but it is Trump's fault that people abused PPP because he and his "very fine people" opposed any oversight, probably because they all got PPP loans that were forgiven without any of them even making a single payment towards the balance.

NOT ONE OF THEM TRIED TO PAY ANY OF IT BACK.
