Yes. The same is true of immigration. They could have done something concrete about that issue all along, but even when they held the WH and both chambers, they did not but mutter about a wall that Mexico was going to be forced to pay for. I was just shocked at the ads that our congresscritter, Bergman, is running. He is a retired Marine general. He used to talk about his record of helping vets, protecting the Great Lakes, and so on. The Walker fiasco is a particular problem for Republicans. Abortion is an issue they champion on moral and religious ground that leaves them now up to their ears in a hole. Not every Georgia Republican will see Walker in the same light Scott Jennings does.
