Russia, of course, isn't OPEC. While OPEC doesn't control the oil market, that much less oil on the market will cause prices to rise.

All while the States are sitting on plenty of oil, but can't use it thanks to idiots like Biden.

OPEC cannot increase the price per barrel at will. No one ever said it could. However, less oil on the market while demand is high does cause prices to increase.
You know, the States could do something about this, but Biden won't let them. We have plenty of oil, but can't get at it.
