I have a 2004 Lord S Mobil with no AC and no heat for the last 4 years that I am trying to avoid replacing in the current environment.

But it has Rust.

AKA Cancer.

It's only the coastal area of the general Ft. Myers area, not the whole state. Even if it hit here, the major damage would be on the coastline. Living inland is a different story.

Barely wind and rain here. The weather is heavenly now. Mid 70s all next week.
