The democrat run cities with Soros backed DA's have been demanding the police force be reduced and replaced with violence interrupters. Minneapolis has spent $7 million on these individuals who have zero accountability and are nowhere to be seen. Now the county is spending another $10 million to re-do this disaster.
The good news, gun sales and permits to carry have skyrocketed. Hopefully between the gangbangers shooting each other and the distinct probability that a private citizen may help these miscreants take the asphalt challenge, things are more fun.
