So much for court shopping. The court below was a loose "Cannon" but the conservative appellate judges are a different, and better, story.

Two of the tree were appointed by Trump

I’m glad they did the right thing anyway

Two trump appointees on this unanimous three judge panel.

They'll still claim it though, like they're claiming the FBI is corrupt with the director trump, himself, appointed and called a "great guy".

Of course. He'll stall anyway he can. That's been his M.O. He's hoping national politics will go his way so he can use his cult followers' influence to shut all prosecutions down, like he did when he appointed Barr to shut down and whitewash the Mueller probe.

Two of them were trump appointees. It didn't help him that time. Honestly, I thought the "special master" agreeing with the DOJ so quickly was a bit of a "head fake". I didn't think that it would be that fast of a decision and so anti-trump. I guess some people, even the ones trump picks and appoints are rational human beings doing their actual duty. Cannon is not one of those people and her future will probably be in TV.. I don't think any president will appoint her to a higher court, ever. She's proven to be a Bozo, even to fellow trump appointees.

They are worrying about their reputations

    And rightly so
Well, they also know law and respect it. Not a chance of reversal by the high court of this unanimous decision. I doubt Trump will even attempt it.
