When the Constitution is applied differently it may not technically change the Constitution but it clearly changes the way the law applies to our lives every day. Roe did not change the Constitution but it certainly changed the laws that applied to every state.

Changing previous unconstitutional SC rulings is clearly interpreting the Constitution--they had to interpret Roe as unconstitutional before they could correct it just as you are interpreting Roe as unconstitutional in your opinion.
