    Default Buyers market begins

Housing prices have slowed and even reversed some

Interest rates are still historically low

Great news for people buying their first home

Clearly the markets do not think that inflation is a long term problem. I can still get a 30 year fixed rate mortgage at much less than 5%. If I have an interest rate of 4.2%, and inflation is at 9%, that is a huge discount on buying a home. Basically, I am getting the house at half the purchase price (adjusted for inflation) even considering the interest.

If you believe that interest rates are going to stay high, or go higher, then borrow as much as you can at these low interest rates.

Interest rates are low compared to the 80's, but twice as high as when the Fed was pushing housing.

Houses are still higher than they should be, but coming down when compared to the bubble caused by the trump virus.

And of course this is regional. NYC residents fled the city in droves, buying up every available home north of the city. It inflated prices, and created housing shortages.

That has calmed now that NYC doesn't look like a post nuclear mess.

You can still buy a house and rent it for more than your payment in lots of locations

When I bought my second home I rented my first for one for hundred under my payment

What a great investment that 100 dollars a month was

That house is where I live now

It’s worth over fives times what I paid for it

I now rent my second home for well over for the payment

    I could get more too

I’m just to nice to raise the rent that high on my existing renter

You should probably go fuck yourself with a cactus. Eat shit, leftist fucktard.

Even if you had the means you never would do anything good for humanity.

    It's all about you, amirite?

Exactly what would you do that's good for the people of America?

You're full of shit and that's inhumane. You piece of fuck.

How can you do that to people and still consider yourself a good person? Seriously. You're capitalizing on their misery. You're fucked up.

That doesn't mean it's OK to fuck everybody on the rent prices.

My house would probably be $1.6 million in CA. It's not worth that much. More like 1/10 that much.
