Who gets to negotiate with the DOJ whether to obey the law or not?!
Someone stealing a car would have been arrested, tried, and jailed by now.
There really are two systems of justice.
Who gets to negotiate with the DOJ whether to obey the law or not?!

A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Realize that at the time twumps first few crimes came to light, the Russian interference, the attempt to extort political favors from Ukraine, etc. The DoJ was infested with twump loyalists. The DoJ has created this policy that presidents can't be prosecuted, so the loyalists had that as the "wind at their back" to let twump run wild.
I think the most stark example of twump's immunity to any crime was when Michael Cohen went to jail for the same conspiracy twump was a part of, but twump got off scott free.
Well, he's NOT president anymore and he's lost his security clearance. He's vulnerable now, which is why indictment is highly likely now.
