The subject has NEVER been allowed to follow along to observe the collection of evidence. Had the attorney been allowed in this case, it would have been a matter of courtesy, not law.

If they had done this properly, they would have had Trump's attorney open the door for them and allowed each to be checked for documents before entering. But as such no juror can be assured that evidence was not planted.

The attorney has no right to search or otherwise ascertain what each agent had on their persons when they entered the scene.

I’m not 100% sure, but I doubt they have the right to oversee or follow the agents around during the execution of the warrant. They can be excluded.
