Laws are vague because then those who want to follow the laws will be extra good to make sure that they stay out of trouble, and power can twist the laws to get who they want when they want.
Intentionally vague laws are abuse....good governments do not do this to their people.......and ideally people dont put up with it.....but we have.
I choose my own words like the Americans of olden times........before this dystopia arrived.
