About Benghazi. Since she removed herself from the loop by sticking to her private server, I believe she was clueless about Benghazi that night.
Besides, the person under oath should have been the President. It was his operation to have a US ambassador in hostile Benghazi on a 9/11 anniversary instead of being safe in the embassy in Tripoli.
No doubt the CiC felt the operation was important enough to have some eyes other than on the CIA's on the removal of guns from Libya and repurposed in Syria.
AFAIK, Hillary has never been under oath about her classified material handling violations.

The momentum was lost when, under Obama and Loretta, the FBI closed the case. It would have to take a lot of evidence to open it back up again just to give Hillary a wrist slap and a fine. I know she got away with it, but it's a done deal.And five years later -- nada.
Regardless, what she did is less than what Trump did by hauling out boxes of TS documents.
Depending upon what was in those documents, a lot of US military plans and positions may need to be realigned at a great cost to the American taxpayer.
