One would think, but I seem to remember something about the SS blocking a warrant from being served on someone in the trump klan in the past.

Which is why the FBI should show up with an army that would overpower any SS agents that got squirrely.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

hmm......I wonder if there is precedent for the kind of thing. Why yes...yes there is. Former Clinton chief of staff Sandy Berger on the heels of his Chinese Stolen Nuclear weapons scandal was caught red handed stealing classified Docs by hiding them in his shoes. How was he penalized? He was given a fine and put on probation for a couple of years.

Instant whataboutism - just add water.

If she's guilty of something, prosecute her. I didn't vote for Hillary, I don't care about Hillary.

We aren't speaking of a former chief of staff, but the President of the US who stole documents out of the White House, sensitive documents, and most likely of a national security matter. This is a very serious raid.

Berger stole VERY sensitive national security documents related to the first terror attack on the world trade center.

Maybe Trump's lawyers can mention that in court.

Why did trump steal these documents in the first place, and refuse to return them?

Does that justify a former US President stealing documents, after what you went through with the Hillary documents.
Ask yourself, why he would steal these docs.

    Some observations about this:

It is unprecedented in all of US history. That makes it significant.
What is the DoJ's next step?

Think about that. What if the DoJ fails to charge Trump with something, anything? That pretty much says the Progressive Left and the radical Leftists in Joke's administration just assfucked themselves in November and 2024.
If they charge Trump with something, what would it be? Could they make a convincing case? Outside the True Believers on the Left, the rest of the public doesn't give a shit, thinks there's nothing there, or supports Trump. Again, it's an uphill battle for the Left and they better damn well have an airtight case.

What I personally see is this is a taste of some Third-World Junta-like dictator's move to take out the opposition just before an election. What's next, putting Trump on house arrest? It used to be our Presidents and leaders in Congress condemned nations that acted like that. Now, they're the ones doing it...

Listen Bitch, you cheered when the announcement came just prior to the presidential election, that Hillary Clinton was again being investigated by James Comey and the FBI.

There is this thing called a phone. Over the phone, he could give the combination to the safe, so the safe could be opened. he certainly knew they were searching the house, he just wanted to make it difficult. trump once again wasted tax money, and his own money.
