Into the Night, there was a rumor of a seditious mob besieging the Washington D,C. Capitol Building to disrupt and possibly overturn the US. Senate certification of the duly chosen electors to represent their states within the U.S. Electoral College.

The rumor apparently continues to circulate. Associated Press recently carried a story of the the U.S. Department of Justice indicting the first 11 of persons they're filing in federal court for the crime of sedition against the United States. Respectfully, Supposn

(2) There's videos of Trump's speech within which he urged the crowd to go to the Capitol building and to the Senate;
(3) What's left is to prove Trump knew, or had good reason to know*and believe there were substantial numbers of people in the crowd who were*armed and/or in any manner likely to grievously behave violently. Respectfully, Supposn

I'm not sure, but I don't think many of their communications with the Toadstool would fall under the attorney-client privilege shield. Hiring an attorney to advocate for you in a lawsuit or indictment is one thing. But you saying "I'd like to burn that building to the ground" and an attorney telling you that that's illegal is probably not protected.

Agreed. Not a lawyer, but it seems that as soon as the lawyers become part of the conspiracy, that privilege is no longer valid.
