They didn’t seem concerned about his weight at the vets
He was 10.8 lb when the vet weighed him after like a week and a half with us
He was emaciated when we got him
He’s way better now
But I can still feel too much of his hip bones
He still needs a little fattening
He’s soooo happy
And is a master at the big dog door
I think he used to be an outside dog

I'm guessing you intended 108lb as its a large breed not 10.8. Hes probably a mixed breed or another GSD shaped one as 27" is pretty tall and weight should be 50-90lbs. Watch his ribs. you should just be able to see rib bones as a rule of thumb.
