I traveled a lot for my job, about 3-4 nights a week, 48 weeks of the year for over 25 years. As such, both professional and, later, political forums became means to take my friends with me. It was better than hanging out in the bars....where I was sure to get into trouble one way or another. LOL

Now it's just by force of habit. I piddle around the house, watch news, play games and, if the heat isn't too bad, actually work outside for a few hours. In short, I'm enjoying my retirement by doing whatever I please. Why that upsets people is odd to me but some people just like to vent because they are not content with their own lives.

Why are you against people doing what they like? Sharing recipes, discussing the merits of different coffee makers? Why does that upset you, Lig?
