The 117th Congress seems to be the most productive legislative session of the 21st century:
A massive economic stimulus bill.
A landmark infrastructure bill.
The most substantial gun violence bill of the century.
A massive bill addressing climate change,
healthcare, and corporate taxes.

I have heard predictions of destruction for every Democratic president in my life.
Republicans claimed Bill Clinton's landmark 1994 budget would crash the economy.
Republicans claimed Obamacare would crash the economy.
22 months ago, Donald Trump practically guaranteed that if Biden became president, he would cause a massive economic depression; that the republic itself would be in grave danger.
Even though we have been aware of global warming since the 1980s, this is the first major legislative initiative to address it in a comprehensive way.

I forgot about this one:
This has arguably been the most productive first two years of a presidential administration since LBJ.Biden to sign bill boosting China competition and U.S. chip production
President Joe Biden is set to sign into law a bipartisan bill to invest 52 billion dollars in domestic semiconductor manufacturing and science research, with the aim of boosting U.S. competitiveness with China and other foreign rivals.

I don't know why there was so much liberal hand wringing about Biden.
He didn't get everything he wanted, but in a Congress with razor thin Democratic majority this has been the most progressive and productive first two years of a presidency since LBJ more than half a century ago.
