You see how quickly it was struck down when the fascists threatened citizens to take an experimental medical procedure or lose their jobs.

There was never any right to do that, just as there was never any Constitutional right to an abortion or a slave. Those are all state not federal issues. That is the bottom line.

I have no idea what you are ranting about with "experimental medical procedure".

Regardless, it goes against traditional American ideals to strip freedoms from Americans. May Karma strike them hard.

However, rather than issuing a narrow ruling on just the Mississippi law, they made a broad ruling that you have no right to privacy enshrined in the Constitution. That means that some state will ban gay marriage, the case will come in front of the court and the FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE on which that case was decided is gone. Kaput. It no longer exists. We have at least one Supreme Court judge that signaled the states to challenge those rulings. Once again, you appear to know nothing.
The official ruling was crystal clear. It's only about abortion and nothing else. Democrats are fear mongering and you're lapping it up.

Jab or job, that was a BIG removal of freedom and I would say, a human rights violation, especially depending on future outcomes.

Abortion isn't illegal, the issue has been shifted to the states, where it always should have been.

Not in the Constitution, not a federal right. Nope. The far left passed it on shaky legal ground which is why it's now gone.

Thank you. Your own map shows the hyperbolic buffoons buying democrats manufactured hysteria have nothing to worry about if they want an abortion.

Did the Feds say "Jab or Job" or was it local and state authorities. I support the local and state authorities. You?

BTW, you are supporting the Socialists in the "I have a right to a job" mantra. Why do you think Americans have a right to demand working for anyone anyway they like?

What do you support next? Right to free healthcare? Right to free food?

When Democrat politicians realize women in blue states will continue aborting future Democrat voters then abortion will truly end.

I can’t help your complete ignorance of how the court works. Other than the decision on abortion Alitos opinion is no more or less binding than Thomas’s. NOTHING Alito said stops them from overturning those decisions on the exact same principle that was used here. It is simply Alitos word. Which it has been shown is worthless. It isn’t fear mongering. This court does not believe in the right to privacy, the exact right that made gay marriage legal. And made contraception legal. That made interracial marriage legal, and that struck down laws that limited certain sexual acts between consenting adults. The foundation of those rulings was just destroyed. But you just go ahead and stick your head in the sand. You are clueless.

You're projecting what could result from the decision rather than focusing on the ruling itself. You are using the same argument that some people use in the "assault weapons" debate. They are afraid a ban on so called assault weapons will ultimately lead to a ban on all guns just as you are afraid a ruling against abortion will lead to a loss of gay marriage and birth control.

Most Americans have either had an abortion or know someone who has had one.

Most Americans favor keeping abortion legal.

Republicans just motivated more Democrats and Independents to vote this fall.

    Independents favor keeping abortion legal.
